The appearance inspection shall be carried out once a day

1. Whether the conveyor belt and joint are abnormal.

2. Whether the conveyor belt is damaged by cutting, cracking, penetrating and other reasons.

3. Whether there is interlayer peeling damage, especially at the joint.

4.Whether the 4-core is broken.

5. Check whether the upper and lower covering rubber is worn, especially the upper covering rubber. Check whether the coal baffle is in contact with the surface of the conveyor belt.

6.Whether there is half wear of conveyor belt.

7 whether the two sides of the conveyor belt are worn.

Check the wear of the conveyor belt once a week, and the inspection point should be a certain distance from the joint.

Check the operation once a week, and the inspection contents are as follows:

1.Whether the belt and bracket are worn due to belt deviation.

2. Whether there is partial loading of materials.

3. Check whether the belt sag between idlers is normal.

4. Whether there is material overflow on the conveyor belt due to excessive roller spacing.

5. Whether the conveyor belt is wrinkled and sagging.

6. Whether the conveyor belt slips on the driving roller.

Determination of elongation

At the beginning of operation, check whether the tensioning device is effective every week. One month later, check once a month. Check twice a year after three months of operation. During the inspection, measure the distance between the standard lines set by the belt tensioning device.

The joint shall be visually inspected once a week

Check whether there are abnormal phenomena such as trauma, concavity, etc. When checking, the joint should be placed at the position with low tension.

Check the loading point once a week

Check whether the buffer roller position is correct and whether the gap between the baffle plate and the conveyor belt is appropriate.

Check the cleaning device every two days

Check whether the scraper works well and whether the roller and idler are stuck with materials.

Check the roller and idler every two days

Observe whether the bearing is damaged, lack of oil, whether the action is normal, and timely replace the worn idler.
